The Private Client Network

A network built on
a single, deliberate idea.

That the advisors serving the country's most discerning clients shouldn't be competing with each other.

They should be learning from each other.

Since 2019

The principle hasn't changed.
The scale has.

i. $0B+ In Luxury Real Estate Transacted across the network each year.
ii. 0+ Top-Producing Brokers A nationwide network of invited advisors.
iii. 0 Premier Markets One advisor in each — never two.
iv. 0 Founding Principle Collaboration over competition. Always.

What started with a small, invited group of advisors in 2019 has grown into a nationwide network — built around the same principle it began with.

Markets

Nationwide
influence.

The Private Client Network operates in over 80 premier luxury real estate markets across the country — each anchored by a top-producing advisor who leads that geography.

The Founding Principle · 2019

One advisor per market.
A network built the other way.

Most "real estate networks" are only referral networks — collections of agents who compete with each other for the same business inside the same markets. The relationships are transactional. The incentives are misaligned. The client is rarely the priority. The Private Client Network was built the other way.

i.

Membership by invitation only.

A single, top-producing advisor represents each market. We don't recruit — we invite. Every member earned their place through reputation, results, and a shared standard of service.

ii.

No internal competition.

One advisor per geography. No two members ever vie for the same listing or buyer. Knowledge moves openly. Incentives align. The work becomes about elevating the standard — not winning against each other.

iii.

A network, not a referral list.

Members share best practices, raise the standard, and serve clients together. When a Network Partner introduces a client into another market, it isn't a handoff — it's an introduction between peers who have built trust over years.

A Different Kind of Network

When advisors aren't competing, three things change.

Remove competition between members and the entire dynamic of the network shifts. Knowledge moves differently. Trust deepens. The client experience becomes consistent in a way the industry hasn't been able to deliver before.

  • They collaborate. Best practices flow openly across the network. Knowledge that used to sit inside individual businesses becomes shared infrastructure. The standard, everywhere, rises with it.
  • They invest in each other's clients. When a Network Partner refers a client into another market, it isn't a transactional handoff. It's an introduction between peers who have built trust over years — and who know their reputation travels with every client they hand off.
  • The client experience becomes consistent. The level of advisory, discretion, and care doesn't change when the zip code does. Because the people delivering it have spent years aligning to a shared standard.
In Closing

The clients we serve don't
think about their lives by state line.
The advisors who serve them shouldn't either.
